At Woven Weft, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window on all orders. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange — no hassle, no stress.

2. Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Process

  • Go to the Orders section on our website and place your Return, Replacement, or Cancellation request.

3. Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Products should not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • Return requests must be placed within return window of 14 days.

 

4. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Return shipping charges are fully paid by Woven Weft. You do not need to pay anything for sending the product back.

 

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (source of payment).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 1–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

6. Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy follows the same conditions as our return policy:

  • Exchange requests must be placed within return window of 14 days.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange or guide you to place a fresh order.

 

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before you receive the delivery.
  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, simply refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
  • If you have already accepted the delivery, you must place a return request from the Orders section within return window of 14 days.

 

8. Important Notes

  • All products are returnable under the above conditions.
