Here’s why we chose this combination:
Cotton brings softness, breathability, and comfort. It keeps you cool, feels natural, and is ideal for everyday wear.
Elastane (also known as Spandex or Lycra) is a lightweight, stretchable fiber that adds flexibility, shape retention, and freedom of movement.
This means your T-shirt moves with you, bounces back to shape after every wash, and gives you a superior fit — every time you wear it.
⚖️ It’s Not Just About GSM — It’s About the Whole Fabric Story
At Woven Weft, we go beyond surface-level specs to deliver true fabric excellence.
Our T-shirts are crafted using premium cotton-elastane fabric with a GSM (grams per square meter) of 220–240 — the ideal range for high-quality T-shirts. This weight ensures the fabric isn’t too thin to feel cheap or see-through, nor too thick to become heavy or rigid — it’s just right for everyday luxury.
But here’s what most brands won’t tell you:
GSM alone doesn’t define quality.
The real game-changer? Yarn Count.
We use a 34s yarn count — which means finer yarns with tighter, smoother, and more consistent knitting. It resists pilling, holds its shape better, and feels elevated the moment you put it on.
Yarn count plays a big role in how a T-shirt feels and performs. Counts below 30s often make the fabric heavier and less smooth, while counts above 40s can make it too thin and less durable. That’s why we use a 34s yarn count — it strikes the perfect balance. The fabric feels soft yet strong, has a clean, premium texture, and holds its shape beautifully over time.

Double Bio-Wash: This natural enzyme wash removes excess fibers and impurities, giving the fabric a cleaner surface and ultra-smooth feel. It also makes the T-shirt gentler on the skin.
Double Silicone Wash: Adds a layer of luxurious softness and enhances the drape of the fabric. It also helps reduce pilling, so your tee stays looking newer for longer.
Pre-Shrunk Finish: No surprises after the first wash. This process ensures your T-shirt retains its original fit and shape, wear after wear.
